Sales Leader / Business Owner Opportunity

Responsibilities
Oversee the hiring and development of sales managers, sales support and sales representatives.
Building your company culture
Work with your National Consultant to establish compensation, training, schedule and sale incentives
Providing on:time reporting for BCK Marketing and/or client requests
Maintain the integrity of the Client brands you will represent
Manage overall sales process, set appropriate metrics for sales quotas
Compliant with all BCK Marketing and Client requests
Required Skills
Must already have your own company setup and registered with your state
Must have at least (5) sales agents working with your company currently on any campaign
Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels
Willingness to roll up your sleeves and drive the business from the field level
Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with executive partners
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results driven, team oriented environment
Experience with a specific sales methodology, sales quota management
