Job Description:/h3:
:Expand Luxury Bath and Kitchenss market share via new client sales
:Develop a sales pipeline using the telephone, e:mail and personal networking to identify opportunities and to engage prospects
:Manage opportunities through all stages of the sales cycle from identification, the close and the hand off to production
:Ability to work a 6 day week and evenings when required
:Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
:Provide input to sales management, product management and marketing based on customer and prospect feedback
:A minimum of 3 years direct sales experience
:Experience in selling products and solutions with average sales from 10K to 100K+
:Proven professional selling skills
:Strong Prospecting Skills (A Hunter)
:Excellent written, verbal and listening skills
:Business:to:Consumer (Home) sales experience
:Strong closing skills
:A demonstrable track record of success which includes but is not limited to consistent achievement of sales targets
:Strong Relationship skills
:Basic skills in MS Office Products
:The ability and desire to work in a company culture that rewards sound judgement, innovation, courage, honesty, selflessness and passion
:Highly Motivated with focused ambition and drive
:The ability to develop prospect and client relationships at the decision making level including when there are multiple decision makers
:The ability to qualify or disqualify opportunities early in the sales cycle
:The ability to reach closure and a mutually agreeable clear future with the prospective client at each stage of the sales cycle
:Expertise in sales in the Remodeling Industry
:Residential Design Skills
:Experience in working within and maximizing the impact of a quality sales process
:Experience in being part of a small to medium size and growing organization
:Student of a professional sales process, e.g. SANDLER SYSTEMS
:A High School Degree or equivalency
:Valid Drivers License and Own their own means of Transportation
:Live within a 35 mile radius of Horsham, PA
The primary territory for this position will be in Bucks, Montgomery and the greater Philadelphia area in Pennsylvania. Luxury Bath and Kitchens will provide marketing, product and delivery support, ongoing product training, as well as sales training and coaching from our nationally recognized professional sales process partner.
