Were looking for a full:time, Sales and Marketing Coordinator that will be responsible for CRM oversite, manage social media, coordinate marketing events, sales and marketing reports, and assist sales team when necessary. Our customers are typically commercial, industrial, and government clients with projects in both new construction and retrofit environments. We are looking for someone that is extremely articulate, self:motivated, and dependable with a strong work ethic.

What you will be doing:
:Provide CRM training and support to the sales staff. Provide weekly and monthly activity and sales reports to the president.
:Entering new leads, opportunities and contacts into CRM as well as constant contact email database.
:Develop, setup and deploy various email campaigns.
:Provide administrative support including emailing, typing, filing, research and various other projects.
:Help maintain the company website including new blog posts.
:Maintain and manage company social media profiles including Facebook, Linkedin, and Twitter.
:Assist the President with ongoing project initiatives: i.e. company newsletter, open house, and lunch and learns events.
Qualifications we require:
:Proven experience (3+ years) in a marketing role
:Previous experience scheduling and coordinating meetings, events, and business travel
:Established knowledge working with full Microsoft Office software suite
:Authorization to work in the US
Qualifications we prefer (but are not required):
:Previous experience with CRM software (ACT, Goldmine, Zoho, SalesForce, etc...)
:Previous experience with web design and graphic arts a plus
