This exciting Marketing & Communications Specialist role supports the ongoing development, maintenance and implementation of internal and external reaching communications and marketing initiatives within Aramark's Higher Education, Healthcare and Facilities business units.

  • Supports internal communications in a distributed work environment by sourcing content, drafting newsletter articles, creating PowerPoint presentations, and managing intranet content updates.
  • Support development and distribution of internal communications materials as well as client communications.
  • Partners with the Operations and Retention teams in the enrollment and administration of key client and customer survey processes including compiling enrollment through maintenance of employee access accounts
  • Engages with internal and external design resources in the development of marketing materials including retail promotional materials, program book advertisements, presentation slides, interactive pitch kits, and sales slicks.
  • Monitors digital properties for incoming requests for information, triages leads for follow-up, and tracks to completion.
  • Manages internal and client distribution lists for communications
  • Performs general administrative duties, including meeting scheduling and invoice processing, as requested.


The Marketing & Communication Specialist will report directly to the Marketing & Communications Director.


The ideal candidate will have the following professional experience and skills:

  • Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's Degree (Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration or other related fields) with 2-3 years some relevant professional marketing experience.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills required
  • Efficient in all Microsoft Office products
