Comcast is seeking a Senior Director, Go\\-to\\-Market Strategy to join the XFINITY Mobile marketing leadership team\\. As an accomplished marketing executive, you will be an integral part of the team responsible for developing comprehensive marketing strategies and go\\-to\\-market plans for new product launches and strategic initiatives\\. Responsibilities also include the development and evolution of our customer targeting strategies, as well as leading the integrated marketing planning process\\. Success in this role will require successful coordination across teams within XFINITY Mobile, with channel owners, with key partners for other business units, and with key stakeholders within the divisions\\.
In this role, you will combine strategic marketing thought leadership and a deep understanding of our capabilities and objectives to support growth targets across XFINITY and XFINITY Mobile\\. This will require a unique blend of deep analytical skills and a strategic mindset in order to turn various sets of data points into effective business cases and ultimately go\\-to\\-market plans\\. The position requires a proven track record of building successful marketing programs to accomplish strategic objectives\\. The ideal candidate will be one that has a customer mindset, experience working with product development teams, is highly flexible, and can work well in undefined spaces\\.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Lead development of over\\-arching go\\-to\\-market strategy for XFINITY Mobile to inform acquisition and customer development plans\\.
+ Work with product and marketing teams, as well as key corporate and divisional stakeholders, to develop go\\-to\\-market strategies and plans for significant new product introductions\\.
+ Develop customer targeting and segmentation strategy for XFINITY Mobile to achieve growth targets, as well as strategies to drive growth in core business units\\.
+ Work with consumer insights & analytics, competitive teams, key corporate and divisional stakeholders to clearly highlight opportunities and challenges within the wireless market\\.
+ Lead development of strategic priorities within XM marketing leadership team as part of the integrated marketing planning process\\.
+ Develop business cases for new markets, distribution opportunities, and product enhancements\\.
+ Develop and manage unit and revenue budgets for XFINITY Mobile by division, by channel, by queue for clear tracking and accountability\\.
+ Clearly and concisely explain variances to unit and revenue forecasts to executive level stakeholders and lead process to develop strategies to remedy those variances\\.
+ Create executive level presentations that bring to life market opportunities, customer targets, and marketing plans in a clear and concise manner\\.
**Experience and Desired Skills:**
+ Bachelors and/or Masters degree\\.
+ 5\\-10 years of marketing experience in a business\\-to\\-consumer environment, passion for marketing to drive topline business growth, ideally in the telecommunications space\\.
+ Deep experience developing and executing go\\-to\\-market strategies to achieve customer growth and accomplish strategic objectives, ideally in a subscription\\-based business\\.
+ Demonstrated ability to think strategically, understand business challenges and recommend effective implementation plans designed to drive results\\.
+ Big picture thinker with a deep consumer mindset and orientation that can develop and champion a vision for the product\\.
+ Proven track record working with and influencing cross\\-functional teams, as well as establishing an internal network of relationships at all levels of the organization to drive results\\.
+ Ability to drive change and performance in a matrixed, consensus\\-based organization where successful collaboration and communication are required at all levels\\.
+ Demonstrated success in managing a complex workload with multiple priorities and tight deadlines with a focus on measuring results and improving performance\\.
+ Self\\-starter with the ability to work independently and thrive under pressure in a fun but fast paced and changing environment\\.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong executive presence\\.
