Advertising Campaign Managers work within multi:service agencies, acting as a link between clients and the agency. They are responsible for the coordination of advertising campaigns and therefore communicating clearly to all those involved. They must understand their clients needs and objectives and liaise closely with them throughout campaigns, often on a daily basis. They manage administrative and campaign work and ensure that advertising projects are completed on time and on budget.
We are looking for a passionate strategy executive who will partner with and ensure the long:term success of our customers.
You will be responsible for developing long:term relationships with your portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. You will liaise between customers and cross:functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
Position Duties and Responsibilities:
*Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to DMis clients
*Build and maintain strong, long:lasting customer relationships
*Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
*Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to DMis clients needs and objectives
*Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external partners
*Forecast and track key account metrics
*Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
*Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
*Meeting with clients often to discuss current and future projects with the advertising agency
*Writing creative briefs for the creative director and his/her department
*Formulating advertising and marketing strategies
*Defining advertising budgets for the client
*Presenting findings of client meetings to the agency
*Presenting creative work to the client, including new business pitches
*Day:to:day administration duties and tasks
*Writing detailed reports for the client and DMi
*Organize conversations and brainstorming sessions while providing follow up and action

Position Requirements
*1:2 years of proven account procurment or agency experience
*Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C:level
*Experience in delivering client:focused solutions based on needs
*Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
*Motivated Problem Solver
*Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
*Excellent verbal and written communications skills
*BA/BS degree
