Wylander Solutions, a recruiting company specializing in the restoration industry, is recruiting a Business Development Representative for a well:established and growing floor care, carpet cleaning and restoration business.

The Business Development Representative (BDR) shall successfully build relationships with organizations by exuding passion to provide an exceptional customer service experience . The BDR is responsible for executing sales plans and achieving sales goals within an assigned sales territory. They will need to generate and secures new sales revenue by prospecting and adding customers primarily in the Mercer, Middlesex, Brunswick and Trenton, NJ market.

Health Reimbursement

Base salary: 35,000
Eligible for company commission plan
Vehicle Allowance, toll tag and fuel card
Laptop, cell phone and expense account

Design an action plan to successfully create new business and build client relationships
Achieve company sales targets and regularly update management the status of accounts
Maintain a professional, ethical, and positive disposition as a primary representative of the company in the community
Regularly attend client meetings, trade shows, networking events, conferences, etc.
Integrate sales efforts with other organized marketing activities (promotions, advertising, exhibitions, telemarketing, social media marketing, etc.

2+ years previous experience working in a sales role and or as a business development representative; preferably outside sales
BS/BA or equivalent work experience
Industry knowledge or the ability to seek knowledge if new to the industry
Willingness to obtain industry specific certifications
Able to work in a fast:paced environment with a demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands
Proven ability in creating new business and client relationships is a must
