FirstLight HomeCare is seeking a Care Coordinator to foster healthy relationships within our community. This includes effectively establishing a rapport and educating caregivers, clients and families on the benefits of home care in general, and FirstLight HomeCare specifically. The Care Coordinators efforts will establish quality caregivers to provide exceptional service to our clients and nurture meaningful and productive relationships that will provide FirstLight HomeCare with extraordinary people.
The best individual for this position is someone who possesses strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, someone who can demonstrate initiative and responsibility, function independently and is self:directed. A bachelors degree in social work, nursing, discharge planning, marketing, or other related fields and a strong knowledge of the healthcare industry is preferred for this position.
The ideal candidate would be smartly dressed, with moderate computer skills and comfortable with recruiting, interviewing and supervising client care.
