Human Resources Junior Associate with a Passion for Recruitment and Marketing
Young Minded and Energetic team players will succeed and enjoy this position where they will assist BLUE SQUARE to find talented Sales and Marketing professionals.
Daily responsibilities include evaluating resumes of sales and marketing and hospitality candidates + contacting them to explore interview availability. Conducting career fairs and college events will be required so paid travel is a frequent occurrence to grow our sales and marketing team.
Human Resources and Recruitment Junior Associates will be the face of the company and must look, act and dress the part. Frequent interaction with upper level executives and advisement on recruitment and administrative affairs will be expected daily.
Average 40,000 : 75,000 + Bonuses and Perks
We will require our human resources team to participate in client meetings to ascertain their expansion goals and required talent scouting. Monthly progress meetings with our sales and marketing new hires will be expected of the human resources team. They will play the liason between management and our firms sales team.

We will offer a 3 phase development program for our Human Resources Team.
Phase 1:
Training on talent evaluation and interview scheduling. Heavy face to face interaction with potential sales and marketing candidates will be required. Visiting college campuses and career fairs weekly is expected and conducting luncheons with clients and selected sales and marketing team members will be granted to top performers.
Phase 2:
Supervising Junior Recruitment associates and assisting with more specific client sales goals in a human resources capacity will be the day to day. Writing advertisements and posting job ads will be required. Weekly meetings with sales and marketing staff in a support and advisement capacity will be needed.
Phase 3:
Global Management of all Human Resources expectations and expansion efforts will be the primary focus of this role. Direct meetings with CEOs of our Fortune 1000 clients and our management team will be required. Strategy planning and new market identification via research and exploration will be expected.
