Job Description:/h3:
Operation Manager will be responsible for managing the day:to:day operation of the property, including but not limited to front office, housekeeping, food and beverage and engineering, while supporting the General Manager in providing overall leadership in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
What is required of this position but not limited to will be to.....
:Set and maintain high level of guest service and responds to guest sites.
forecast for optimal staff and supply levels, maximum flow:through, and exceptional guest experience.
Providing support for the line staff.
:Assist with scheduling for all areas of Housekeeping and Front Office operations.
:Works closely with Front Office Manager and Housekeeping Manager to ensure all company standards are met and company culture and programs are supported and encouraged.
:Identify operational performance, productivity and efficiency gaps and develop measures to correct those deficiencies.
:Monitor and maintain property interfaces.
:Ensure proper training of all employees working in front office and housekeeping areas.
:Coaching, counseling, and disciplining all the shift employees along with the department head.
:Indirectly oversee the other hotel departments, such as, Engineering, Restaurant, and Housekeeping.
Performs any other duties that is requested by the General Manager.
