Job Description
We are currently seeking to hire a Director Of Sales to join our team You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales team to drive company revenue.
A production:driven Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Associates of varying skill levels and styles. Vigilant, knowledgeable, and capable of teaching, our Sales Manager will direct the teams focus, set goals, analyze data, propel sales, and create training opportunities at every turn. The Sales Manager will determine ways to streamline and improve the sales process. The sales manager will also work with sales team members individually to scrutinize current progress, and set future sales goals. This position will require strong leadership skills, analytical skills, customer service experience, and most importantly, communication skills.
Results:driven and detail:oriented leader capable of handling a team of 20+ sales associates
Able to assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly
Monitor a program of 100+ accounts across various domestic sales channels and pinpoint ways to penetrate new markets
Provide necessary support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals
Follow:up with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our companys relationship with them
Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics
Encourage and motivate apprehensive customers to understand the benefits of solar, and know how to comprehend their needs and desires effectively
Provide daily report of field sales success and communicate data to superiors
Work with Call Center and Marketing team to unify efforts and drive sales.
Responsibilities:
:Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities
:Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team
:Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
:Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
:Report on team and individual performance
:Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
:Build and form new partnerships with potential clients
Qualifications:
:Previous experience in high level sales management
:Familiarity with CRM platforms
:Strong leadership qualities
:Ability to build rapport with clients
