During one of more contract assignments the Delivery and Enhancement Management Operations Specialist responsible for managing and leading the transparent delivery of software systems for all commitments, including ownership of the annual enhancement portfolio. The individual will get opportunity to help support: A: Operationalizing Intake Assessment Framework (IAF) for Software Engineering and DeliveryA: Act as a single point of contact for new Intake Request from Portfolio, Programs, and Projects to help streamline the assignment and tracking of requestsA: Maintenance and governance of SDEMA?s Scope Assessment and Estimation Model across all Group initiativesA: Building framework for aligning Software Delivery Schedules across various Group initiatives and leveraging the framework to build and track rolled up release level plan on regular basisA: Building and maintaining meaningful software engineering metrics and delivery health checks for all Group initiatives A: Standardizing delivery status reporting structure and framework to provide transparency across various delivery initiatives as well as provide status update via Delivery Dashboard on regular basisA: Development and tracking of Software Engineering Resource Capacity requests in support of all initiativesA: Development of a process to view Software Engineering capacity, inflight and/or upcoming demands, and reconciliation of resource allocation to work assignment view to help manage software engineering resource demand and capacity for all initiatives A: Interface with Enhancement Portfolio Project Management and Group Delivery Leads for budget and status submissions A: Providing consolidated views of financials tracking (budget and actuals) Qualifications A: Ability to navigate a highly matrix organization effectivelyA: Ability to identify project status through the use of Microsoft Project, developing management plans, and status reportsA: Strong presentation and communication skills including ability to effectively communicate ideas in both written and verbal form to leadership, managers, and technical resources in clear concise language that is appropriate to the target audienceA: Possess knowledge and experience in the use of project management and SDLC methodologies and toolsA: Ability to manage own work plan and schedule to successfully meet goals with tight deadlines/budgets and minimal supervision. Candidate must use one s own initiative to provide robust and timely solutions.A: Excellent problem:solving and critical:thinking skillsA: 4+ years of progressive IT program and project management experienceA: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) is preferredA: Must be available on a contractual basis.
