**Responsibilities:**
The Coordinator, Enterprise Operations Solutions reports directly to an Enterprise Operations Solutions Director and works with the Enterprise Operations Solutions Issue Resolution Team \\(EOS\\-IRT\\)\\. The EOS Coordinator is responsible for coordinating activities and providing administrative support required achieving all EOS goals, specifically those impacting claim related issues\\.
**Major Accountabilities:**
+ Coordinates activities supporting the Enterprise Operations Solutions teams, including meeting coordination and preparation, development of materials, and reporting\\.
+ Responsible for triaging all claim intake issues from all sources and escalates issues that remain open more than established threshold\\.
+ Triages and tracks all EOS\\-IRT Email and Voice Mail account inquirie, and reports out on daily priorities\\.
+ Maintains multiple tracking grids related to complex claim payment issues\\.
+ Interacts with cross\\-functional teams and follows up on action items and deliverables\\.
+ Responsible for Plan and Provider follow up via telephone and email\\.
+ Creates and maintains department templates and documentation storage for the EOS\\-IRT team\\.
+ Assists in the development and maintenance of internal and external dashboard reports, presentations, and materials, to include reports for senior leadership and those measuring performance against SLAs\\.
+ Analyzes and trends certain reports to identify outliers and areas of improvement\\.
+ Assists in drafting and/or finalizing formal correspondence to customers\\.
+ Engages, develops and maintains multiple customer relationships, establishes trust and open communications\\. Assists in leading EO\\-IRT and meetings as needed\\. Possible travel required\\.
**Education/Experience:**
+ 1 to 3 years of experience in a Coordinator role and a strong background in customer service\\.
+ Bachelor s Degree; will consider equivalent combination of education and experience\\.
+ Previous claims, healthcare, managed care or insurance industry environment preferred\\.
+ Demonstrated ability to coordinate activities across functional areas\\.
+ Sound personal management skills to plan, organize, schedule, and complete own work and work that is coordinated with others\\.
+ Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products\\.
+ Billing and coding experience is a plus\\.
