We are seeking administrative assistants for a professional company. This is part:time position
The ideal candidate will have refined customer service skills, critical thinking skills, be organized and proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel/Access, have strong computer and internet research skills, assist in managing day to day office operations, answer phone, faxing and heavy email communications requiring strong management and organizational skills. Proven ability to maintain confidential information. Skilled in multitasking, prioritizing and managing numerous assignments simultaneously. We function in a fast paced environment dealing with professionals. Candidate must also be a self:starter, pay attention:to:detail, have the ability to work with all types of people with a professional demeanor. Compensation starts at 13/hr.
