Job Description:/h3:
As a Solutions Manager in CU Cable, you will be a key representative for Ericsson towards our customer providing thought leadership while holding accountability for customer centric solutions. The candidate will be accountable for driving new funnel opportunities, creating compelling and competitive offers, and progressing large, strategic key deals forward to closure. The candidate will be responsible for the technical expertise across the entire Ericsson portfolio including, network products. This position will be in Philadelphia.

Key Responsibilities
:
Collaborate with KAMs to grow the customer business
:
Initiate and drive customer dialog building on existing business
:
Communicate the customer visions, strategies and requirements within Ericsson
:
Evaluate Ericsson and acute;s current strategy and plans vs. customers strategic plans
:
Secure understanding of local market dynamics and competitive landscape
:
Generate sales by positioning Ericsson as a technology leader
:
Assure customer awareness for implications of technology trends
:
Participate in knowledge transfer and documentation
:
Build strong relationships with Ericsson account management teams, key customer decision makers and influencers, Ericsson business units, third party partners, and other key stakeholders
:
Drive the technical sales process and lead the designing of comprehensive and complex technical solutions addressing customer needs for IMS and related technologies.
:
Identify market requirements in accordance to customers requirements and feedback; identify strategic market requirements; Influence roadmap development.
:
In agreement with the Ericsson account team, initiating proactive customer engagements with existing and prospective customers
:
Support in developing and delivering customer presentations
:
Drive up:sell opportunities during the entire process in order to contribute to increased sales volumes.
