Develop a high performing culture within the team.*Provide support to staff to enable delivery on work plans. *Along with the Manager set performance objectives.*Demonstrates sound and logical problem:solving abilities.*Self:motivated to identify and resolve issues, and in advancing personal knowledge.*Demonstrates the ability to manage of an analyst team, developing appropriate methodologies, preparation of weekly reports and to provide technical supervision of questions of analysis to data analysts. *Coordinate the work of data analysts to ensure a timely issuance of products reviewed by other analysts.*Responsible for enhancing, supporting, and maintaining applications within the Cooper Health system. *Analyze system requirements and determine system functional specifications*Gather requirements, provide fit gap analysis and create effective technical solutions for the business needs.Epic Ambulatory Certification required and recommended to have a certification in MyChart, Epic CareLink or Healthy Planet. Understanding of Ambulatory Clinical and Operational work flows Exhibit expert knowledge of relevant application workflows to facilitate and provide analysis, testing and support of Epic applications Ability to troubleshoot issues, determine root cause and provide system solutions.Ability to create and execute test scenarios.Ability to lead and assign work to a team of Senior Application Analyst and Application Analyst.Ability to assist Management with Performance Evaluations.Ability to answer questions from an Application analyst or mentor on specific tasksAbility to Facilitate huddles, team, work groups and/or meetings with OperationsCustomizes software to meet the needs of the user.Implements small to medium level projects.Implements medium to large level projects.Analyzes, diagnoses, and implements process changes.Acts as the application subject matter expert (SME) when assigned to project teams.Ensure system changes follow change management procedures and protocols.Works with cross functional teams and Cooper clients by providing education on system functionality, and configuration of new tools to increase end user productivity within the applicationServes as a liaison between end users, subject matter experts and technical support
