Position SummaryGo:Live Associate Analyst executes key processes related to the implementation and the ongoing management of Ariba. This position requires someone who is able to work independently, is a self:starter, and able to respond in a matrixed, fast:paced environment. Consistently provides customer service that enhances and supports the IT User Services brand and Front Line First experience. Provides excellent customer service to Ariba usersAbility to coach and train in a dynamic environmentIndividual must possess sophisticated communication skills (written and verbal) with demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships with multiple levels of management Integrates with the steady state support team to identify and elevate training opportunitiesExcellent time management skills with ability to complete assigned tasks on schedule Responsible for daily interactions with field operations personnel and system administration processes.Must have strong communication skills and be able to convert IT technical language into Front Line First user friendly learningPerform other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of role.Reports to IT Manager Provides high level customer service to field users during the Ariba implementation timeline and ensures effective system utilization.BachelorA?s Degreeand 1:3 years IT Systems experience preferred. Must have excellent time management skills.Advanced Microsoft Office skills are required, including Excel and PowerPoint. Position requires exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Excellent customer service skills required.
