Job Summary 13;
Perform compensation analysis and planning for assigned organizational area(s). Oversee and monitor operational processes handling the most complex transactions. Train and educate supervisors and managers in Compensation/employee change policies, procedures and workflow.
Job Responsibilities 13;
:Participates in continual monitoring of the marketplace to ensure that compensation programs are competitive and appropriately positioned.
:Conducts job evaluation studies of single jobs and/or whole departments.
:Provide compensation recommendations to both internal and external customers that are equitable and consistent with the organizations needs as well as appropriate policies and procedures.
:Train and educate supervisors, managers and employees in HR and Compensation policies, procedures, standards, and schedules through various communication vehicles.
:Support the departments compliance responsibilities including JCAHO, EEO, FLSA, OFCCP, etc.
:Provide compensation expertise to committees, task forces, and cross:departmental initiatives and projects as assigned. 13;

:Bachelors degree in HR, business administration or related field
:Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a directly related field 13;
Preferred Education, Experience and Cert/Lic 13;
Preferred Education: Bachelors degree in HR, business administration or related field preferred

Additional Technical Requirements 13;
:Analytical ability combined with sound practical judgment
:Excellent human relations skills, and verbal and written communications skills
:Advanced knowledge of spreadsheets, database, and word processing computer applications 13;
