The individual in this leadership position will work with senior business leaders to help set direction and guide strategic initiatives and project priorities for Lincoln Financial's wholesale and retail distribution business efforts including, but not limited to, omnichannel development, data analytics, business digitization and strategic innovation. This individual is responsible for managing several platforms dedicated to supporting our contract holders, sales staff, advisors and strategic partners. In this role, you will also help define and drive activities to increase omnichannel tool usage, enable data analytics, reduce cost, and improve overall customer experience. This individual will partner with key business leaders to develop a Distribution Omnichannel Strategic Road Map and facilitate structure and process change needed to meet the organization's evolving business objectives. Responsibilities * Provide deep consultative support to business partners to help drive effective cost-benefit analysis and strategic usage of resources. * Work with internal and external customers to create a highly functional customer experience that is competitive in the marketplace * Serve as day-to-day liaison and lead program contact for internal partners on behalf of the IT Enterprise Solutions team to ensure programs are delivered in alignment with overall objectives. * Support agile delivery teams in meeting program deadlines and cost thresholds. * Proactively propose initiatives that drive value based on key strategic imperatives, including but not limited to platforms such as: web/mobile, telephony, business intelligence, data analysis. * Work closely with usability and design resources to ensure UX efforts meet customers expectations and improve customer satisfaction ratings with Lincoln Financial while providing a consistent experience across all LFG platforms. * Coordinate across diverse internal resources -- including brand and business marketing managers, in house design groups, other IT resources, and customer service leads -- to drive successful execution and high levels of integration with other programs. * Ensure full compliance with all Lincoln Financial policies/standards and all relevant legal/regulatory guidelines. Adhere to regulatory or compliance guidelines as they affect omnichannel and data programs. * Serve as the knowledge expert within assigned business/functional program team regarding digital experienceweb/mobile content strategy, data analytics, competitive trends, industry best practices. * 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)in (Minimum Required) Experience * 10+ Years of digital management experience including experience with interaction design or information architecture that directly aligns with responsibilities of this position.(Required) * Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills for constructing e-Initiatives across the continuum of awareness, acquisition, conversion, self-service and retention. * Advanced knowledge of online tactics and media, relationship marketing processes, and program measurement methodologies. * Excellent communication skills (presentation abilities, general oral/written skills) and interpersonal skills (organizational influence, teaming skills). * Strong operational management skills and ability to ensure quality, timely, compliance delivery. * Excellent project management skills.
