Job Description:/h3:
Were seeking for reliable and well organized person to join our team and help coordinating work schedule becoming link between field teams and customers.
Your duties (or pleasures, if you will...):
: plan and track daily schedule with regard to territorial and timely restrictions
:coordinate ongoing changes with our Team Leaders and clients as needed
: report closely to GM on daily basis and CEO on weekly basis
: communicate with Teams on behalf of Management Team
: closely monitor and update completed jobs and invoicing progress
: help with daily ongoing basic office tasks

Specifics of this position will require being occasionally available to answer text messages or phone calls after hours in order to maintain good communication with clients and proper functionality of the schedule.
Position is available with flexible office hours : it is not regular 9:5 arrangement. Were happy to discuss details.
Fluent Spanish will be a big help
