Center City Philadelphia restoration design and consulting firm is seeking an Executive And Marketing Assistant to join our team You will provide high:level administrative support for the President of our company as well as assist in
developing/maintaining digital marketing materials and social media accounts. Positive attitude and willingness to learn are preferred over specific experience.
Responsibilities:
:Handle administrative needs of Executive
:Assist with billing/invoicing
:Plan work:related travel
:Prepare contracts from template
:Communicate with vendors/suppliers
:Maintain and order supplies

:Previous experience as an executive secretary, administrative assistant, or in other related fields is preferred but not required
:Strong organizational skills
:Excellent written and verbal communication
:Ability to prioritize and multitask
