* Maintains office schedule by scheduling patients and office meetings.

* Completes requests by greeting patients, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.

* Maintains patients confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.

* Manages patient profile information.

* Secures information by completing database backups.

* Provides historical reference by utilizing filing and retrieval systems.

* Utilizes medical software constantly to complete many tasks.

Administrative Writing Skills, Reporting Skills, Scheduling, Microsoft Office Skills, Professionalism, Confidentiality, Organization, Typing, Verbal Communication, Medical Software understanding

Must have Bachelor's or equivalent
Must have AT LEAST 5 years of work experience
Must have couple years of experience working in an office setting
