Responsible for serving the bankA?s customers from the teller line by completing a variety of financial transactions following technical and operational guidelines. This position will continue to develop knowledge in the features and benefits of the deposit product offerings, how customer experience service is delivered, and how to make referrals to the appropriate bank personnel regarding other products and offerings of the bank. This position functions under the direct supervision of the Head Teller.60 Branch OperationsA: Perform all teller transactions promptly, efficiently, and accuratelyA: Adhere to all procedures including operational guidelines, customer service standards, check cashing procedures, and all security measures.A: Maintain Operational Scorecard results above 85A: Provide friendly, courteous, professional customer serviceA: Support Customer Experience InitiativesA: Achieve and maintain MOSAIC scores above 90A: Assist supervisors to look for ways to decrease expenses and increase branch profitabilityA: Keep cash differences and POB entries within expected levelsA: Learn other branch duties such as ATM settlement, coin counter settlement, cash dispenser settlement, and cash advance machine.A: Perform other duties as assigned40 Branch SalesA: Participate in various training and development programsA: Assist branch in meeting assigned branch goalsA: Assist in bank promotions by regularly participating in teller awarenessA: Identify customer needs and cross:sell opportunities to meet goalsA: Develop knowledge and understanding of Univest Products and servicesA: Learn to effectively apply teller sales flow proceduresTeller I Qualifications: A: High school diploma or equivalency certificateA: Good Written/verbal communication skillsA: Good organizational, mathematical and computer skillsA: Completed Teller Trainee requirements or have previous bank experienceA: Neat, professional appearanceA: Experience with various office machines (photocopier, fax)A: Responsible for compliance with laws and regulations that apply to the position, including the Univest Code of Conduct.A: Satisfactory level of attendanceHours:Monday : Wed 8am : 4pmThur 8am : 5pmFriday between hours of 8am : 6pmSaturdays from 8:45a : 1:15pm
