US Residential, a rapidly:expanding national Property Management company, is seeking a Property Accountant to join our corporate team in Philadelphia, PA. This individual will perform general accounting functions for assigned properties or entities. This includes monthly closings, cash management, generation of division reports, allocation of accounts payable and overhead checks, and reconciliation of assigned bank accounts.Prepares and/or reviews monthly and quarterly financial statements.Assists in ensuring month:end closes and bank reconciliations are completed promptly and accurately.Prepares and/or assists in the preparation of various reports for property and ownership.Performs duties associated with cash management including draw funding, wire transfers and deposits.Processes accounts payable and overhead check requests and ensures checks are completed accurately and timely for distribution.Assists with special projects as needed.Participates in Company:provided ply with all company polices and standards including associate handbook, applicable health and safety rules and regulations, as well as applicable local, state, and federal laws.Performs other tasks as directed by any person authorized to give such instructions or assignments. BachelorA?s degree in Accounting required.Minimum of 3 yearsA? experience in Property Management Accounting.Proficient in Microsoft Office (advanced level in Excel).Yardi Voyager experience is a plus.Working knowledge of Accounting processes.Strong communication skills.Must be a self:starter and team:player.Must be detailed oriented and exhibit problem:solving skills, as well as strong analytical skills.Must be able to handle multiple priorities in a fast paced environment while meeting required reporting deadlines.
