Codes invoices for processing while matching / attach all supporting documentation. Maintain records in various logs, forms, and sign out sheets Processing of timesheets and pay detail logs for payroll processing.Updates and runs departmental reports on a bi:weekly basis.Responsible for communication of unresolved vendor/invoice issues.Track an provide necessary payroll informationTrack and provide reports for spending and billing as directed.May assist in month end procedures, including organizing and binding all reports and documentation for overnight packages to field offices. Responsible for ordering, tracking and organizing SiteA?s uniforms and office supplies.Use customer service skills to help fellow employees with questions or supply and uniform needs.Other duties may be assigned.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and EXPERIENCEHigh School diploma or general education degree (GED)3 years exp. in an office atmosphere with an emphasis in A/R, A/P, Payroll or other bookkeeping dutiesProficiency in Excel Excellent planning and organizational skilsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills COMMUNICATION SKILLSAbility to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Proven ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing and interact effectively with management, employees, and auditors. Must have the ability to convey financial information to non:financial users. Requires a high level of commitment to customer service, whether co:workers or clients. REASONING ABILITYAbility to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form and to work independently. Ability to analyze and solve problems involving several options with limited information. Requires basic analytical and quantitative skills. OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIESThorough understanding and experience with Microsoft Office Suite, primarily with Excel. Demonstrate ability to work well under pressure with a proactive approach to unusual occurrences. Requires good organizational skills, attention to detail and openness to new ideas and procedures. Ability to work independently and meet stringent deadlines. Organizational ability to collect, analyze, and summarize data and to prepare clear and concise reports.
