We are looking for enthusiastic leaders in the Philadelphia area to join our growing company and help families protect their futures with life insurance and other financial products. If you are new in the field, we will provide you the best training in the industry. If you are experienced in business management and marketing, we will give you the support you need to ensure your success.
The ideal candidate must possess a strong work ethic and fantastic communication skills. You must be passionate about helping people and driven:yet humble and coachable.
This sales position involves no cold calling, no door knocking, and no begging for business. No high:pressure sales tactics are needed:or allowed We work exclusively with clients who asked for our help. Heres how it works:
:Our central office sends letters to recent home buyers, inviting them for home mortgage protection insurance. These prospects are HOT to protect their new investment with the products we offer.
:You contact these warm leads and qualify them over the phone. You meet them in person, explain their options, and help them through the application process.

THE POTENTIAL:
:Our typical broker working full:time in the field goes on ten appointments per week, sells five policies, and earns a commission of around 500 per sale. That adds up to around 2,500 a week, 10,000 a month, 120,000 a year.
:The right person can grow into an agency owner within 12 months.

As a broker, youll match clients to the products that best fit their needs from a number of insurance carriers. Our key products are simplified life insurance policies that require no medical underwriting and pay the clients mortgage in the event of death to keep the family in their home. Many clients choose our return:of:premium policies that return every penny of premium to clients who survive their policies:we call it money:back life insurance. We also offer products like whole life insurance and annuities.
