Performs advanced clerical work requiring the exercise of judgment and initiative as qualified through formalized and/or on the job training. Perform assorted routine administrative and clerical duties, such as data inputting, record keeping, billing and preparing and checking accounting and time sheets. Perform routine mathematical calculations. Prepare requisitions from material orders and check purchase order information. Maintain continuing property records and maintain and validate inventory levels. Arrange, file and handle correspondence; compose correspondence for approvals, utilize computer applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, graphic programs, SAP, iPower, and GIS.. Assist other employees in office work.
Required:
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Must have successfully passed the Clerical Aptitude Test.
- Experience in clerical and other office work, including typing, filing and communicating with customers.
- Possess and maintain a valid drivers license with a safe and satisfactory driving record.
- Possess accurate typing, spelling and grammar skills, with good oral and written communication skills.
- Sufficient understanding of mathematics to do payroll, sundry sales, costs and accident billing.
- Willing and able to work overtime as required.
-Knowledge and experience in Windows and Microsoft Office.

Desired:
- Knowledge of functions and procedures normally associated with clerical and administrative work.
- Must have created or maintained a filing system
- Knowledge of SAP modules: CATS, HR, MM
- Experience in billing
